Opening Hours
Standard Business hours are 9AM until 5.30PM Monday to Friday.
The development of the Source and Covert solution is driven by our customers through our User Group. Chaired by a senior police officer from one of our customer forces, the User Group meets regularly to discuss changes in policing process and legislation, and to identify priorities for future development of the software and any additional functionality that is required.
The last Charter Systems User Group took place on 21st-22nd May 2010. Details of the minutes and the next event will be sent to all User Group members individually.
