RDHI Functionality now available from Charter Systems

RDHI (Retained Data Handover Interface) functionality is now available alongside our Telecoms Acquisition Module. Saving an average of half an hour per SPOC request to each RDHI compliant CSP, this important application can drastically reduce the time spent on requesting and processing communications data.

Charter Systems has worked in full partnership with the Home Office, Detica and CSPs to develop this solution in compliance with the ETSI guidelines.

As communications data becomes increasingly important in the fight against crime, and in particular covert surveillance operations, this RDHI application offers a simple, quick and compliant process for requesting and receiving electronic communications data.
